Another milestone achieved with another Fashion Extravaganza in the crown! Har Har Mahadev!! Also, this is the 100th blog post and Season 6 of Tale of a Trend Fashion Extravaganza,  so its time for double celebration.

A razzling and dazzling evening of glitz and glamour unfolded at Welcomehotel by ITC Hotels, Dwarka, Delhi with the hosting of enthralling event – Vintage in Vogue 2024 by Tale of a Trend in association with Ellecure Luxuria.

Auspicious is the lamp that dispels darkness and showers hope! Vintage in Vogue 2024 started with the lighting of  the promising lamp  expressing  gratitude for the abundance that the Divine has bestowed on all of us.

The participants and models were enthusiastically cheered by the amazing audience. The designers showcased the most glamorous traditional outfits on the models in modern outllook. Some of the themes are as follows:-

1. Satyam Shivam Sundaram

Inspired from the divine beauty and eternal tandav of Lord Shiva, this theme was curated by Mahima Korde and  Tale of a Trend to make devotion fashionable. The team left no stone untouched in making this theme as the USP theme of the collection.

2. Carry on Kudiye

One of the most peppy themes, endorsing Punjabi flavour in prettiest phulkaris!

3. Kalamkari

The ancient painting art-form of Andhra Pradesh presented in Indo western outlook by students of Fashion Design Department, JCC Jims, Rohini.

4. Mission Kashmir

Inspired from the floral fantasy and nature’s heaven of Kashmir, this theme showcased little kids endorsing Kashmiri fashion in contemporary style.

5. Albeli Banjaran

Banjaran is all about presenting tribal art forms and block printed textiles in stylised format for modern day women. This state of art collection is curated by designer Megha Aggarwal.

6. Style your sash

It’s about unisex pocket square launch by Tale of a Trend! The trendy pocket squares also endorse Indian Traditional Textiles.

7. Khwaab

Crafted by Allaps1728 boutique, this collection creatively endorses sustainable fashion in Indo western silhouettes.

8. Matka Mashup

Showcasing Indian village style statement in utmost glam!

9. Batik Bonanza

Meticulously crafted sarees with wax resist technique are here to sway you all.

10. Corporate Mazdoor

Last but not the least, this theme  is dedicated to all the corporates struggling between me time, we time and office time.  Kudos to designer Mahima Korde for celebrating this struggle and creating chill moments!!

The event also witnessed felicitation of Make up artists- Priya Jethi and Alisha by Ms. Lotty Alaric
