Celebrate Festivals, Celebrate Life!

The festive season has begun and India’s festivals reflect its rustic and exotic heritage. Unique rituals, conventional cuisines and flamboyant attires are certain aspects of this vibrant season that people await to cherish. Amongst all ‘attire’ frames the highlight of the celebrations.

So this Diwali, our Festive Fashion display will showcase a Twist in Tradition’. Let’s ignite this festival of lights with a touch of tradition and traces of modernity. Most of you must be planning to wear your kurta with skirt/ churidaar or a lehnga choli or may be few of you will opt a saree. Well, you can also jazz up your English gown with an ethnic or semi ethnic dupatta. I’m sure this ensemble will grab the attention of many eyes.   Here’s how:

#Go for bright: If you haven’t worn red for long, try it out this Diwali. Bold and bright outfits spread the best festive joy.

#Experiment with Contrast: Pairing a neutral black with peppy turquoise will definitely enhance the beauty and spread the cherry vibe.

#Team up the Monochromes: A bottle green gown with a similar tone dupatta will definitely rock your wardrobe. Well, if you love sprinkles of bling then this dupatta in enchanting white emboss printing will steal your heart.

#Gentleman Ethnic Vibes: Though there are more than dozen choices for casual ethnic wear for men, but the daring hunk of the blog flaunts classic ‘all black’ look.  I know that’s your favourite too. The guy reveals his celebration charisma in black kurta pyjama in western silhouette paired with black velvet stole with golden motifs at the borders.

#Accessorise your look: The off shoulder tube style gown in leaf green colour paired with beige and gold dupatta and accessorised with a bold gold brooch at the neck is all set to slay the ramp of festive bash.

Similarly the wine velvet gown with multi-hued dupatta and bold accessory from chest to waist will give a stylish twist to your fashion statement.

#Festivity and Fashion in couture style: Well, if you have more parties in your calendar and you would like to catch hold of more trendy looks of the season, then you can also style English inspired crop top in Indian fabrics and pastel hues with diagonal ruffles on the princess line. Now its upto you how you pair it! You can flash vintage couture by combining it with same hued gathered skirt in embroidered Indian fabric or you can also team it up with your black bell bottoms and exhibit an evergreen style statement!
